Flicks & Sips is Appleton’s ultimate summer outdoor movie night, blending the fun of open-air cinema with the charm of local food and drinks. Drinks are provided by Hop Yard Ale Works, with additional bites and beverages available from local vendors.

Settle in at the Jones Park Amphitheater for a relaxed evening featuring fan-favorite films, family-friendly activities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Thanks to a bright LED screen provided by Fox Cities Flix, movies now begin at 7:00 p.m.—no waiting for darkness required.

Arrive early to grab a great spot—food, drinks, and pre-show fun start at 6:00 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, get comfortable, and enjoy the show.

Join us for Unity Recovery Services’ 2nd Annual Rockin’ for Recovery on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Winnebago Community Park in Oshkosh! Enjoy an afternoon of live music by Rings of the Fox Valley, a delicious pig roast, raffles, children’s activities, and free, peer-led recovery meetings throughout the event. Admission is just $10 per person or $20 for a family of four, and children under 10 eat free. Every dollar raised helps Unity continue providing free, peer-based recovery support to individuals and families in our communities.

Join us for two magical experiences throughout the evening:
- Witch Craft: Candle Dressing Experience with Larissa Rosa from 5-6 p.m.
- The Dandelion Mocktail Mixology Class from 6–8 p.m.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Magic and mayhem are back!

Begin the evening at 5 p.m. with Witch Craft: Candle Dressing Experience with Larissa Rosa, a hands-on candle dressing experience designed to help you set an intention and call new energy into your life and your space.

Following your intuition, you will choose from crystals, oils, dried flowers, herbs, and other materials to create a tapered candle infused with your own sovereign intention.

After that, join The Dandelion’s Mocktail Mixology Class from 6:30-8 p.m., where you’ll learn to create tasty, botanical, non-alcoholic drinks inspired by the Owens sisters and Sally’s shop.

NA drinks featured will include a Midnight Margarita and a Curse Breaker Spicy Sangria. You will receive one drink free with your ticket. Separate drinks sold for $10.
