Our mixology classes are designed for 10 or fewer participants. In this intimate setting, learn some of the principles behind the awesome drinks we serve in our mobile bar. Register on your own or with some friends for a fun way to kick off your weekend! Private classes are also available - contact us for more information.

Looking to add some fun and flavor to your gatherings or routines at home? Join Heidi, our chief mixologist, to learn how to craft your own delicious mocktails at home. Learn about how to mix fresh ingredients, tonics, and spirits for a unique taste experience sure to please any crowd.
Each class includes:
- All ingredients and supplies to make three mocktails.
- A curated sampler box of three Sweethaven Tonics.
Additional supplies and tonics will be available for purchase at the class.
Public classes take place at The Author Apothecary Bookstore in Downtown Oshkosh.
